Noam Nachlieli

Noam Nachlieli has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Noam started their career at Amdocs in 1997, where they worked as a programmer and later became a team leader and group leader. During their time at Amdocs, they participated in multiple projects worldwide, gaining experience in C++ programming and leading teams of up to 12 programmers.

In 2007, Noam co-founded Bacsoft, a B2B/C IoT cloud platform company. Noam held various roles including co-founder, CTO, Head of Product, and VP R&D. At Bacsoft, Noam was responsible for directing the development and implementation of the IoT cloud platform strategy. Noam also led product cybersecurity policy and regulation with ISA (Information Security Authority - Shabak). Additionally, they led the development team during the company's transition to an industry leader and managed a dynamic and intense development environment with customers in various markets.

Noam currently works at Dorot Control Valves as the CTO of Digital Solutions. Noam joined the company in 2020 and is responsible for overseeing digital solutions at Dorot and A.R.I.

Noam Nachlieli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Noam has obtained a certification in B.S.C Computer Science from the same institution and a certification as a Certified Council Facilitator from Uriel Center. Noam also pursued studies in Antroposophy (waldorf) at Waldorf University from 2017 to 2019, but did not obtain a degree.
