Jane Blumenstein, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and community leadership, currently serving as Manager of Synagogue Partnerships at DOROT since March 2016 and holding various supervisory roles related to synagogue outreach. In addition, Jane is a Trustee at Congregation Ramath Orah, contributing to security initiatives and overseeing significant restoration projects, including raising funds from a government grant. Previous positions include President of Congregation Ramath Orah, where Jane managed operations, financials, and programming, initiated a capital campaign, and facilitated grant procurements for security upgrades. Jane's earlier experience encompasses crisis intervention work with victims of domestic violence and community services for the elderly. Jane's education includes a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and ongoing training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
