Social Services Team

The Social Services Team at DOROT is dedicated to alleviating social isolation among older adults by fostering meaningful connections and ensuring they remain engaged and supported within their communities. Team members, including social workers, case managers, and outreach specialists, work collaboratively to facilitate programs, conduct in-home visits, deliver care packages, and provide various forms of social outreach. By leveraging the power of trained volunteers, they create enriching intergenerational interactions and offer vital support services to seniors in Manhattan and Westchester.
