Dorothy is a new kind of boutique creative agency, crafted with the modern brand in mind. Creative think tank, maker ecosystem, adland vandals.

We started Dorothy because we wanted to create a magical world for us and our friends to adventure in. Inspiring, exciting, inclusive and colorful. A place that represents us and everything we stand for.

Our formula comes from a place of knowledge. And love.
We call it radical empathy.
