Julia Hoy

Julia Hoy is an experienced professional in product management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Product Management and Quality Assurance at The Killer Brownie® Co. since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Dorothy Lane Market, where Julia has worked since September 2006 as a PCQI, Culinary Instructor, and Kitchen Assistant, along with contributions as a Demo Chef developing healthy recipes. Julia also has a background in food styling, having worked with touring cookbook authors in the Cincinnati and Dayton area from November 2012 to January 2019. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Post Harvest Citrus Research Biology Specialist at Sunkist and a QC Supervisor at Seneca Foods Corporation. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Sinclair Community College.
