Mido Motawee

Mido Motawee is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at DORRA since April 2023, Mido has previously held similar roles at Mori International and New Food Company. Mido's career includes progressive management positions, such as Area Manager and Senior General Manager at YO! Sushi, Operations Manager at Ayoush, and General Manager roles at various establishments including Giraffe Restaurants and Ayoush. Mido began the career as an Internal Auditor at CHLORIDE Egypt S.A.E. Mido holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from Cairo University.
