Ted Ihde

Ted Ihde is a seasoned real estate professional and author with extensive experience in the Kansas City Metro Area. Currently a published author at Dorrance Publishing Co. and a real estate broker at Chartwell Realty LLC since May 2014, Ted Ihde has dedicated much of their career to enhancing client experiences in home buying and selling. Previous roles include Principal at Anderson-Ihde, LLC, where consultative services were provided to municipalities impacted by distressed properties, and Midwest Regional Manager at Family First Funding LLC, where strategic negotiations and team building were key achievements. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Research Analyst for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America and Executive Officer of Consumers Choice Mortgage Services Inc., overseeing significant mortgage loan closures. Ted Ihde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bloomfield College and studied History at Rutgers University.
