Trish Gregory Rand

Trish Gregory Rand has a long and varied work experience. Trish began their career in 1993 working as a Legislative Correspondent for the Office of United States Senator Lauch Faircloth. Trish then moved to the Office of United States Senator Jesse Helms, where they served as a Press Aide and Executive Assistant from 1996 to 1998. After that, they worked as Communications Manager for the Institute for Legislative Action from 1998 to 2006. In 2006, they became the Communications Director for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. In 2017, they joined OutGo360 as a Senior Sales Executive. Finally, in 2022, they joined Dorsal Health as a Care Coach. In addition to these roles, they have also held certifications for Mindful Yoga for Cancer Patients from Duke Integrative Medicine, Precision Nutrition Certification for Nutrition, Classical, Children's and Pre-natal yoga certifications through NC School of Yoga, and has taught classes at Edenton Yoga.

Trish Gregory Rand received their BA from Mary Baldwin University in 1993 with a double major in International Relations and Asian Studies. In 1996 and 1997, they were a Master's degree candidate at The Johns Hopkins University in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing. Trish also received a Certificate in Mindful Yoga for Cancer Patients from Duke Integrative Medicine in 2016. In 2006 to 2009, they earned Certifications for classical, pre-natal and children's yoga from the North Carolina School of Yoga.
