Tanja Baur

Tanja Baur is an experienced professional in international cooperation and project management, currently serving as the Managing Director - COO and CEO of International Cooperation at Dorsch Global since January 2022. Baur has held various leadership roles at Dorsch International Consultants GmbH from January 2006 to December 2024, including Managing Director, International Cooperation Director, Head of Department for the MENA Region, and Business Development Manager and Project Director. Prior experience includes positions at Dorsch Consult Ingenieurgesellschaft and as a Project Manager at Humanitarian Cargo Carriers (NGO), along with a background as a Diplomatic Training Assistant and International Negotiations Trainer at InWent. Baur holds an MSc in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin.
