Aaron Atkins

Aaron Atkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production supervision, materials control, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Dorsett Controls since January 2024 and a Founding Member of the Roanoke River Yacht Club since July 2020, Aaron previously held various roles at Ingersoll Rand from May 2012 to March 2020, including Materials Control Manager and Oracle R12 Global Process Excellence Leader. Aaron's expertise lies in implementing best practices for ERP deployment, coaching global sales teams on continuous improvement, and executing process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, Aaron has a strong background in continuous improvement project leadership at Cooper Industries and formal education in cybersecurity from Cape Fear Community College.
