Leona H. Smith

Leona H. Smith is an accomplished Learning and Development Leader at MSX International since December 2017, with a diverse professional background that includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Dorsey Schools and a Global Learning and Development Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. With extensive experience in developing training curricula, facilitating learning solutions, and leading global initiatives, Leona has successfully supported various organizations, including Cerner Corporation and MSXI, by designing performance-based training materials and conducting needs assessments. Leona holds an Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology and a Master’s Degree in the same field from Wayne State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature Education from the University of Detroit Mercy, and is an ordained minister.
