Alan Iverson

Alan Iverson is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where since August 2017, Alan has specialized as a litigator in the trial group, focusing primarily on clients within the healthcare sector. Expertise includes a broad range of legal areas such as breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duties, professional malpractice, and claims related to ERISA and the False Claims Act. Prior to this role, Alan served as an associate attorney at Jenner & Block from September 2014 to July 2017. Alan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, English Literature, and a minor in Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
