Alessandra Glorioso

Alessandra Glorioso is a partner in the Finance & Restructuring Department at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Delaware, where Alessandra also serves as Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Practice Group. With extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings, Alessandra represents debtors, major creditors, contract counterparties, and purchasers in chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases, as well as various fiduciaries. Prior to this role, Alessandra served as an associate attorney for Honorable Eric M. Davis at the Superior Court of Delaware and held law clerk positions with Honorable M. Jane Brady and Garden City Group. Alessandra began legal training as a summer law clerk at Doroshow Pasquale Krawitz & Bhaya. Alessandra earned a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BA in English and Legal Studies from the University of Delaware.
