Brian B. Bell

Brian B. Bell is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, specializing in energy law with a focus on representing investor-owned utilities and cooperatives before state utility boards, including rate cases and large-energy facility siting and permitting. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justices Alan C. Page and Christopher J. at the Minnesota Supreme Court, and a Student Legal Writing Instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
