Claire Topp

Claire Topp is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where extensive experience includes representative work in healthcare, tax exemption, and standards development since January 1992. Topp has represented healthcare systems in joint ventures with physicians, focusing on imaging and ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), and provided legal counsel to individual physicians on employment agreements across various specialties, including ophthalmology, cardiology, and internal medicine. Additionally, Topp served as an Adjunct Professor of Nonprofit Law at the University of Minnesota Law School from September 2011 to September 2014. Topp holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.S. in English Education from the University of Minnesota, along with a B.A., cum laude, in English from Carleton College.
