David J. Mack

David J. Mack is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where David J. has been employed since November 2009, previously holding the position of associate in the New York Corporate Group. Mack specializes in advising clients on venture financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities filings, and corporate governance, as well as assisting in the formation and structuring of business and investment entities. Additionally, Mack represents individuals and entities in matters related to corporate and personal aircraft acquisition and ownership. Prior to this, Mack served as a legal intern at the US Department of Defense in 2007, focusing on criminal defense cases for detainees at Guantanamo Bay and researching the legality of torture. Mack holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
