David Tang

David Tang is a legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and private funds. Currently serving as a Partner and Co-Head at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since September 2022, David has previously held roles as Counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP and Orical LLC, as well as Chief Compliance Officer and Lead Counsel at Rothschild Asset Management. David also served as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate Counsel at Quadrangle Group LLC and began a legal career as an Associate specializing in investment management at Seward & Kissel LLP. David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and History from Binghamton University.
