Hui Shen

Hui Shen is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, beginning in January 2023, following an extensive tenure as an Intellectual Property Attorney and Technology Specialist at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from 2008 to January 2023. Prior to this, Hui Shen served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from 2003 to 2008, gaining significant research experience in microwave circuit design, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) device modeling, and semiconductor microfabrication processes. Hui Shen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law, a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
