Jonathan A. van Horn

Jonathan A. Van Horn serves as a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where representation includes both purchasers and sellers in various merger and acquisition transactions. Since December 2015, Jonathan has been a board member of The Loppet Foundation. Prior experience includes working as a Fixed Income Securities Trader at Olde Discount Corporation from 1993 to 1996, focusing on mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School (1996-1999) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1988-1992).
