Josh Erekson

Josh Erekson is a Partner and Of Counsel in the Capital Markets group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where assistance is provided to issuers and underwriters with 1933 and 1934 Act filings, public offerings, and private placements since August 2021. Prior experience includes a Partner role at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, focusing on corporate practice and securities law compliance, and serving as Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Huntsman, concentrating on SEC compliance and corporate governance. Additional experience encompasses roles as Legal Consultant at NeoPhotonics, Associate at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Heller Ehrman LLP, and internships at eBay Inc and with Congressman Chris Cannon. Erekson holds a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Utah.
