Mark Jutsen

Mark Jutsen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and restructuring sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since June 2006, Mark specializes in the Finance and Restructuring and Corporate Trust Groups. Prior to this role, Mark held associate positions at Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP from April 2002 to April 2006 and at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from July 1999 to December 2001. Mark earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and an LLB from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
