Stewart Worthy

Stewart Worthy is a seasoned Cross-Border M&A and Transactions Lawyer, currently serving as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since December 2021. Prior to this role, Stewart held the position of Partner at King & Wood Mallesons from August 2019 to December 2021, and previously contributed to Winston & Strawn London LLP as both a Partner and Associate from 2007 to July 2019. Stewart's educational background includes a PgDl and LPC from the College of Law, Guildford (2002-2004), and a degree from Newcastle University (1999-2002), complemented by an academic foundation from Cranleigh School (1993-1998).
