Peggy Bellmann

Peggy Bellmann serves as the head of the diversity department at the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) since October 2023, overseeing initiatives in gender diversity, integration, and inclusion. Previously, Peggy was a Project Manager for "Project Future" at DFB from March 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included developing competition formats, enhancing talent screenings, increasing the representation of women coaches, and managing teams and stakeholders. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, focusing on people and organizational performance across various industries in Europe. Peggy's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business and Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Diploma in Communication from Universität der Künste Berlin.

We represent more than 27 million memberships in almost 90.000 sport clubs and 100 member organizations, making the DOSB Germany's largest citizens' movement.
