Svetlana Hengst is a seasoned professional in the fields of health and fitness, currently serving as a Dozentin at Bundesfinanzakademie im Bundesministerium der Finanzen since August 2022, with a focus on neuroscience, mental health, and workplace health management. Additionally, Svetlana has held various roles including Prüferin for athletics and swimming at the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund since July 2021, Übungsleiter C with the Landessportbund Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V. since August 2021, and Staatlich geprüfte Schwimmlehrerin with the Deutscher Schwimm-Verband since September 2021. Svetlana is also the Jugendleiterin at Sportjugend Köln and has been a certified personal trainer and swim coach with FirmenFitness by Fitness First Germany GmbH since July 2005. With extensive experience in training and diagnostics, Svetlana has been a Sporttrainerin for Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland since 2019 and led the Professional Training department at Sporthomedic from 2017 to 2019.

The DOSB is a registered association (e.V.) with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, supported by an office in Berlin and an EU office in Brussels. Its patron is the German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
