Joanna Okarmus-Guerra is an experienced Ultrasound Technologist at Doshi Diagnostic since April 2015, having previously completed a series of clinical rotations during ultrasound studies at notable institutions such as Montefiore Medical Center, Queens Long Island Medical Group, and The Mount Sinai Hospital, focusing on various modalities including vascular, breast, and general ultrasound. Prior to pursuing a career in diagnostic medical sonography, Joanna worked as a massage therapist at multiple establishments, including Slope Suds and Equinox. Joanna holds a certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Center for Allied Health Education and an Associate degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute, complemented by a BA in Theater and Film from Hunter College.
