Deepjot Sethi

Deepjot Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Deepjot currently holds the position of Technical Account Manager at Doshii since September 2022. Prior to this, from June 2020 to September 2022, they worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Aquatic Informatics Inc.

From 2017 to 2020, Deepjot Sethi was employed at Excite Holidays, where they started as a Principal Consultant. In this role, they assisted the business development team in qualifying and developing customer leads for Excite API. Deepjot also conducted presentations, prepared technical workshops, and facilitated agile scrum ceremonies. Additionally, they evaluated software documentation, collated and analyzed data, and optimized API implementation and product adoption.

Before Excite Holidays, Deepjot Sethi worked at Expedia Group from 2012 to 2017. Deepjot held various roles including Regional Manager, APAC Partner Support, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Technical Solutions Consultant. In these roles, they managed integration projects, engaged with business partner technical teams, and conducted post-integration reviews to optimize partner systems and websites.

From 2009 to 2012, Deepjot Sethi was a Software Consultant at Qantas. Deepjot aligned system and strategic solutions with business goals and provided technical expertise to analyze customer requirements. Deepjot also contributed to product enhancement feedback and implementation of best practices. Prior to this, they held roles as Integration Custom Software Architect and Senior Software Designer, managing implementation projects and designing custom applications for use online and on mobile devices to enable Aircraft Engineers' mobility during aircraft maintenance events.

Deepjot Sethi started their career at IFS in 2004, where they worked as a Software Designer and Software Engineer until 2009. Deepjot also gained experience as a Network Admin at Canadian Policy Research Networks from 2000 to 2002.

Deepjot Sethi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, graduating in 2004. In 2015, they also acquired a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
