Meirav Hirsch-Galili has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and management roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Meirav began their career at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2006, where they served as the Process Validation Section Head. In this role, they managed the transfer of production processes from development to commercial scale, oversaw process validation for new products, and implemented improvements to existing production processes.
From 2010 to 2011, Meirav worked at Omrix as the Validation Team Leader. Meirav was responsible for all validation activities in the plant, including IQ, OQ, and PQ of critical systems and equipment, cleaning validation, and process validation. Additionally, they managed a team of validation engineers and consultants.
Following that, Meirav joined Teva Pharmaceuticals again in 2011 as the Head of Quality Assurance for the OSD Packaging and Dry Powder Inhalers Plant. In this position, they led and managed quality assurance in the developing inhalers plant and commercial packaging operation. Meirav oversaw the implementation of standard operating procedures and ensured compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. Meirav also provided quality assurance support for the introduction of new inhalation products.
Meirav then held various quality assurance roles at different companies. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Correvio Pharma Corp, and from 2014 to 2019, they worked at McKesson as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2018, they joined Change Healthcare as a Quality Assurance Manager, and in 2019, they moved to Zenabis Global Inc. as the Quality Assurance Manager.
Most recently, Meirav joined Dot Compliance in 2020. Meirav currently serves as the Director of Professional Services, overseeing the delivery of professional services and managing the Express Projects Team.
