Gina Ruffcorn

Gina Ruffcorn has been with Dot Foods since October 1994, starting as an Order Entry Clerk and working their way up to Corporate Benefits Manager and Human Resource Manager. In January 2013, Gina transitioned from Indiana HR Manager to Illinois HR Manager. Gina also has experience as an Inside Sales Team Leader and Senior Inside Sales Rep. Gina holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BA in Business Admin/Human Resources from Colorado Technical University. In addition to their professional experience, Gina has served on several boards including the Eastern Indiana HR Association, Easter Seals of Wayne and Union Counties, and Communities in Schools of Wayne County.
