Lead Customer Success Manager at DotCom Therapy

Taylor Rogan, CCC-SLP has a diverse work experience across various roles and organizations. They are currently working at DotCom Therapy as the Lead Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager and Speech Language Pathologist at the same company. Before joining DotCom Therapy, Taylor worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children. They also pursued their CSD PhD at the University of Pittsburgh as a student. Taylor has experience in clinical fellowship supervision and speech language pathology at River Pediatric Therapies. They have also participated in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Related Disorders (LEND) program at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. In addition, Taylor worked as an ESL Teacher at the Kim Kyoung Won Institute and as a Team Leader at Eagle University. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University.

Taylor Rogan, CCC-SLP, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Journalism and Women's Studies from Penn State University. Taylor completed their high school education at Mercyhurst Preparatory School in 2003. Taylor has additional certifications, including the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, Pennsylvania Special Education Speech and Language Impaired Instructional II from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and they are a licensed Speech Language Pathologist by the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
