Carole Cain is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience leading teams and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of HR Business Partners at Dotdash Meredith since January 2021, Carole oversees a team supporting 3,200 employees within renowned brands. Previous roles include HR Director at Meredith Corporation and Time Inc., as well as ownership of a specialty gift boutique, A Little Something. Carole's career began at Southern Progress, where significant contributions included establishing the first HR department and creating development programs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's in Journalism from The University of Alabama and a Master's in Public & Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College.
