Cody Jacobson

Cody Jacobson is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with a robust background in training, talent management, and strategic HR solutions. Currently serving as a Training and Development Consultant for BYU Athletics, Cody designed a comprehensive program focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. As Managing Director at Cougar Talent Solutions, Cody leads initiatives that empower BYU MBA HR students to tackle strategic business challenges. Previous experiences include consulting roles at Swire Coca-Cola and doTERRA International, where Cody provided data-driven strategies to enhance employee retention and supported major system transitions. Early career achievements include launching Amazon's fulfillment centers in Utah and management training at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Cody holds an MBA in Strategic HR and a BS in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
