Sean Bass has extensive experience in commission management and analysis, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Commissions at doTERRA International LLC since November 2018, following roles as Manager of Commission Services and Senior Commissions Analyst. Prior to this, Sean held the position of Commission Systems Analyst II at Nu Skin Enterprises from July 2015 to November 2018, and worked as a Commissions Analyst at LifeVantage Corporation from May 2011 to July 2015. Sean's career began at MXI: Xocai, where roles included Commissions Specialist, Leadership Development & Account Manager, and Distributor Services Representative from January 2009 to December 2010. Earlier experience includes being an Independent Distributor at Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing in 2008 and serving as Site Supervisor and Program Specialist at the City of Reno's Parks, Recreation & Community Services from 2005 to 2007. Sean holds a cum laude Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
