Neil Frye (he/him)

Neil Frye has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Neil is currently the Chief People Officer at Dotmatics, a global leader in R&D scientific software. Prior to this, Neil served as a Board Member at GSV Ventures, where they advised and mentored portfolio companies. Neil also founded CPOHQ, a platform for Chief People Officers to learn from each other.

Neil has held various leadership roles at notable companies such as Alto Pharmacy, where they served as the Chief People Officer, and Dropbox, where they were the Global Head of Recruitment, HR Operations & Technology. During their tenure at Dropbox, they also served as the Head of Global Operations & Technology (People).

Prior to these roles, Neil gained valuable experience at companies like Google, where they worked as a Business Systems Integrator in Corporate Engineering, and Accenture, where they served as a Senior Manager in the HR & Talent Management practice.

Neil's expertise extends beyond HR, as they have worked as a Consultant for companies like Nike, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and HEINEKEN, where they played a key role in facilitating strategic business objectives and implementing HR shared services.
