Sapan Ghugre

Sapan Ghugre is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as President & Head of Financial Services at DotPe, Sapan has previously held key positions at Bajaj Finance, including Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer, and Group Business Head for Unsecured Loans, E-Commerce & Marketplace, and Insurance. Sapan's career also includes significant roles at Barclays Bank PLC as National Manager, TATA AIG as National Relationship Head, and American Express as Regional Head for the West. Sapan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, completed in 1998, and a foundational education from St Paul's Indore.
