Prof. Ofer Dahan

Prof. Ofer Dahan began their work experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment in 1990. Prof. Ofer then moved on to a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Nevada, Reno from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they held various positions including Lecturer (2002-2008), Senior Lecturer at the Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research (2008-2014), and Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Hydrology & Microbiology at the Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research. During their time at Ben-Gurion University, Prof. Dahan conducted research in interactive bioremediation of contaminated vadose zones.
