Dotson Iron Castings

Dotson Iron Castings benefits from a focused and engaged workforce along with a very diverse customer base. It is by recognizing the importance of these stakeholder groups that Dotson has grown and prospered since 1876. Since the beginning, Dotson Company leadership has been consistent in its conservative philosophy that consistently reinvests profits into the facility using very limited bank financing. Together, we have continually improved our operations and performance as we have moved along our lean journey of becoming the world’s most agile foundry. Dotson is a division of Maclean Power Systems as MPS-Mankato.
