Ilia Shabrov

Ilia Shabrov has had extensive work experience in finance systems and consulting. From 2021 to the present, they have served as the Head of Finance: Systems, Processes and Controls at Dott. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they were the Deputy Group Head of Financial Systems at Eurasian Resources Group. Ilia also held the role of Finance Systems Manager at the same company from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Eurasian Resources Group, they worked at KORUS Consulting as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager from 2011 to 2016.

Ilia Shabrov attended Saint Petersburg State University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Specialist degree in Applied Informatics (Economics). In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2020, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera in 2020, ACCA membership in 2019, and several other certifications related to financial reporting and Oracle technologies in the years prior.
