Marion Fache

Marion Fache is a professional with a strong background in operations management and consulting. Currently serving as Central Operations Manager at Dott since January 2023, Marion has been involved in the implementation of on-street repair projects and quality controls for Dott vehicles, as well as setting up a new ERP system for Belgium. Prior experience includes a consulting project at Etam focused on enhancing warehouse processes for a master thesis, a role as Customer Care Manager at Selency where customer experience optimization was a priority, and earlier work as a sales advisor at Lacoste. Marion holds a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from IÉSEG School of Management and has completed an academic exchange in Business Administration at Sungkyunkwan University.
