Shaun Edlin

Shaun Edlin is the CEO and Founder of Dotterel, a company that specializes in AI-assisted software for autonomous vehicles. Shaun has also served as a Screening Committee Member / Advisor for Snowball Effect, LanzaTech, and Rippl NZ. In addition, Shaun was a Correspondent Journalist for The Press and a Patent Examiner for the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand. Shaun began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Canterbury.

Shaun Edlin attended the University of Canterbury, where they obtained a BSc (1st Class Hons) and an MSc (1st Class Hons). Shaun then went on to study law at Victoria University of Wellington, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
