Leonardo Soares is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial services, risk management, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Financial Services, Risk and Data at Dotz since October 2022, Leonardo has previously held prominent positions such as Chief Credit Officer at Afinz and Entrepreneur and Investor at Anduin Creek Investments LLC. With a robust background in risk management, Leonardo successfully led departments at various institutions, including Boa Vista Serviços, Banco ibi S/A, Citibank, and Credicard S/A, specializing in credit bureau products, loss forecasting, and fraud prevention. Leonardo holds a Master's Degree in Administration and Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed an International Master of Sciences Exchange Program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
