Del Ro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as the Director of the A3C Conference & Festival since May 2022, Del Ro also brings over a decade of experience as the President and Founder of Double A Management, which specializes in connecting universities, non-profits, corporations, and venues with public speakers, comedians, and music artists while optimizing event budgets. Additionally, Del Ro founded Team Wildlife, a movement promoting the philosophy of "Live Wild, Roam Free." Past roles include a Technical Recruiter at Pareto Solutions Group and a Program Coordinator at Recapturing The Vision. Del Ro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship with a Non-Profit Minor from Oglethorpe University.
