Jo Potts began their work experience in 2007 at Home Retail Group PLC, starting as a Customer Advisor and eventually becoming a Team Leader. In 2013, they worked as an Account Management Intern at M&C Saatchi London and later as an HR Assistant and HR Intern at East Durham College. From 2014 to 2017, Jo worked as a Recruitment Officer at North East Autism Society. Jo then joined AXA in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant and worked there until 2020.
