Will Howell

Will Howell is a Junior IT Technician at Double Eleven since August 2022, providing IT support to users both on-site and remotely. Prior to this role, Will worked as an Image Editor at Class Fundraising Ltd where artwork from school pupils was prepared for various gift items. Experience includes data entry keying at Royal Mail to assist automated mail sorting and IT support for MOT stations at Atos as part of a new web-based system rollout. Will has held roles in technical support and engineering, with previous positions at Infratech, EDS Corporation, and Dyke House Comprehensive School, where a wide range of IT troubleshooting and support was provided. Educational qualifications include CompTIA A+ Certification and CISCO IT Essentials from Stockton Riverside College, an NVQ Level 2 and BTEC National Diploma from Hartlepool College, and an Advanced GNVQ in IT.
