Alison Wilcox

Alison Wilcox has an extensive work experience, with their most recent role as the CEO at Double H Ranch, A SeriousFun Camp. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at organizations such as Girl Scouts of Western New York, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Alison also worked as a Board Member at the Lexington Cooperative and held the position of Senior Strategy Advisor at Girl Scouts of the USA. Additionally, they have experience in lead development at Delaware North Companies and has held various roles at the Girl Scouts of Western New York. Alison co-founded Serendipity Leadership Solutions and has also worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Medaille College, a Customer Services Coordinator at Everywoman Opportunity Center, Inc., and an Overseas Consultant at TeachLondon Ltd.

Alison Wilcox began their education history by completing a semester abroad program in Women's Studies at S.N.D.T. Women's University in 1996. Alison then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Women's Studies at the University of Guelph from 1993 to 1998. Following that, they attended the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto from 1998 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree specializing in Global Education, 7-12 English, and Drama. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University between 2008 and 2010. These experiences indicate a strong interest in women's studies, education, and leadership.
