M. Degory Heiden

M. Degory Heiden currently serves as a Culture Champion at Double Line, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, M. Degory held the position of General Manager at The Codependent Cocktails + Coffee from October 2020 to June 2021 and worked as a Charter Coordinator/Mate at Seahome, LLC from December 2018 to August 2020, managing events on a luxury sailing yacht. Additional experience includes serving as a Management Consultant at Mulberry Salon and Spa in early 2018, where M. Degory developed management protocols for a rebrand and expansion, and as General Manager at UMAMI Bar from January 2015 to September 2017. M. Degory earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University between 2009 and 2012.
