Novie Margarani is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Personnel Manager at DOUBLE-SIX Luxury Hotel in Seminyak since November 2015. Previously, Novie held positions such as Assistant Executive Operations at MANDAPA, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Senior Assistant to the Director of Food & Beverage at Anantara Seminyak Resort & Spa. Early career roles include Wedding Coordinator at both Ayana Resort & Spa and The Ritz Carlton Bali, as well as Public Relation Officer at Nikko Bali Resort & Spa. Novie is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management at Universitas Udayana and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from STP Nusa Dua, Bali.
