Stéphane Beniak has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Stéphane co-founded Double Stallion Games in 2013 and played a key role in the company's growth, helping increase the team from 4 to 25+ employees and shipping 4 major titles. Prior to that, they co-founded NullCandy, an independent game design studio, where they worked as a project coordinator, programmer, game designer, and graphic artist. Stéphane designed, developed, and published five games for Windows Phone. Stéphane also worked as a Teaching Assistant at McGill University, assisting students with mechanical design, programming, and technical writing. Additionally, they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, developing a Digital Signal Processing algorithm for a vibrotactile interactive floor. Stéphane also gained experience as a Software Development Intern at Matrox, where they focused on test script automation and feature development.

Stéphane Beniak graduated from CEGEP - John Abbott College in 2008 with a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Pure and Applied Sciences. Following this, they attended McGill University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering.
