Stephen Benedek has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephen started their career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 1996. In 1998, they worked as a Summer Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Benedek then co-founded MdotLabs in 2000, which later became a comScore Company / Broadcast Interactive Media, where they held the role of Co-Founder until 2013. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of Benedek Investment Group, where they worked until 2013. Benedek then served as the Publisher at Victory Journal from 2012. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Doubleday & Cartwright, a position they have held since 2013. Additionally, in 2017, Benedek co-founded BLKMRKT and continues to serve as the Co-Founder.

Stephen Benedek attended Stanford University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. Following this, they pursued further education at Harvard University from 1996 to 1999, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
