Founded on January 1, 2025, International Initiative Community (The Initiators) is a global educational and social movement that bridges inspiration with initiative, empowering individuals and communities across the Arab world to learn, grow, and lead change.

We believe that education is not a privilege — it’s a shared responsibility and a lifelong mission. Through academic and career guidance, training programs, and community-driven projects, we aim to unlock human potential and build pathways toward a more knowledgeable, connected, and equitable future.

Our vision is to create a generation of proactive, conscious, and innovative individuals who can shape their societies with purpose and integrity.

What we do:

Academic and career mentorship

Personal and professional development

Capacity building and leadership programs

Educational content creation and open learning

Research and community engagement

Our core values — Commitment, Ethics, Faith in Purpose, and Shared Responsibility — define who we are and guide every action we take.

We work hand in hand with educators, mentors, and youth across the region to transform knowledge into action and initiatives into lasting impact.
