Andrea Barragan

Andrea Barragan is a Risk Management Analyst at DoubleLine Group LP, with a strong background in finance and investment management demonstrated through various roles. Since May 2017, Andrea has participated as a Program Scholar in Phelps Forward, a career development program for first-generation college women in finance. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Beach Point Capital Management, where Andrea gained hands-on experience with high yield bonds and leveraged loans, and participation in the Oaktree Future Leaders Program focused on credit investing. Other roles include internships at Capital Group, Mil Mujeres Legal Services, and the League of United Latin American Citizens, along with a fellowship at DIGDEEP that involved community outreach and partnership development. Andrea holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania and attended a summer program at the University of Southern California.
